Personal Information
Nothing is collected while you browse. This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no newsletter, and it does not ask who you are in order to show you the menu. Personal information exists here only because you entered it into the order form yourself, so that burritos could be made and delivered to you.
What is collected, and only when you order
When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number, postal code and delivery address, any delivery note you add, what you ordered, and which language you ordered in. Card details are not among them — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and card numbers never reach this site.
What it is used for
Making and delivering your order, contacting you about that order, and keeping the sales records a business has to keep. Nothing else. We do not send marketing email.
Who else handles it
Only the services needed to complete the order: Stripe to take the payment, Amazon Web Services to store the order and send the confirmation email, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the order form was filled in by a person rather than a script. Each receives only what its task needs. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Order records are held in encrypted storage on Amazon Web Services, in the United States, because that is where this site's ordering system runs. Orders are sales records, so they are kept rather than deleted on a schedule. If you would like your details removed, ask — see below.
Cookies
This site stores one thing in your browser: which language you chose, so it does not have to ask again. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. If website analytics are ever switched on, this notice will say so before they are.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact details at the top of this page and we will respond without undue delay. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, say so at the same address and the proprietor will deal with it.
